there is just a problem with the online booking, it says there you have to pay online but when I arrived at the hotel, the payment was merely to guarantee the booking and you still have to pay at the property. This gives confusion and hassle from the customers.

the location is quite good because very accessible to food place and shopping center. Walking distance from the hotel to Robinson place manila. and it was indeed a nice place to stay and love to stay again next time to visit manila with my friends.

Reasonably-priced. Nice friendly respectful attentive staff. Best location across a major mall. Baggage storage Accommodating front desk we were allowed to extend check-out within 1 hour for free. Responsive staff and quick when we have requests.

The hotel is across from the main entrance to Robinson's Mall Ermita. Our room was tastfully renovated with modern fittings as well as being well presented and very clean. Air-con was quiet enough and the bar fridge actually worked.

I'd want to express my gratitude to the night shift staff, particularly Ms. Presley and Sir. Angel, for accommodating us and being extremely responsive to our request. Thank you!
